Women’s Retreat: There will be a Women’s Retreat Planning Meeting this Tuesday, Feb 9th at 6:30pm upstairs in the High School Room. If you’d like to help with the planning/serving part of our spring Retreat, please come to the meeting. We’d love your input!
Board: The monthly Board Meeting is this Tuesday at 7:00pm.
Discipleship: All young women, thirteen to twenty-something, are welcome at our new discipleship group, which starts this Friday evening. Please sign up today!
Parent’s Night Out: Next Sunday is our annual Valentines Parent’s Night Out, from 5:30-8:00pm. We will watch your little guys while you go out! Interested? Please pick up a flyer with all the details and sign up today at Information Table.
Mexico: The 2010 Mexico Dinner will be Saturday, Feb 20th at 6:00pm. This is a great way to support the youth mission to Mexico, while enjoying an evening of good food and fellowship! Tickets are on sale at the table in the Foyer, from any Mexico Youth Missionary, or from the Office. Hurry! They go like hot tamales!
Bowling: The Family Bowling scheduled for Feb 27th has been cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will be rescheduling and will give you the new information as soon as possible.
Conference: Flyers are on the Information Table for the High Sierra Pastors’ and Leaders’ Conference at Zephyr Point, Mar 22nd – 24th. Registration is done individually by mail. This conference fills quickly, so don’t delay.
Easter: The Food Closet will again be giving out Easter Dinner Boxes to people in need. They provide a special meal, and instruct them in the true meaning of Easter. The cost is $30.00 each. If you would like to sponsor one or more meals, please sign up at the Information Table.
Family Camp: Mark your calendars for our annual Family Camp at Lake Francis, June 4th – 6th. More information will be available in March, but be sure to save these dates now.
Israel: The dates for the Israel Trip have been changed, due to an insufficient number of participants. We will now be joining Calvary Chapel Pasadena, May 11th – 23rd, for an exciting tour of Israel. If interested, please pick up a flyer at the Information Table. Registration is done individually by mail.
Servants Needed: Pre-School has a vacancy once a month during the Wednesday Night Service. It is a blessing!! Lord tugging on your heart? Please see Pastor Dan or Pam for more information.
Life: The California Human Rights Amendment will amend the California Constitution and define human rights as beginning at biological development! 1.2 million signatures are needed to place it on the November ballot. If you’d like to sign the petition, see Marc Alexander at the table in the Foyer after either Service.
Haiti: For information about the situation, or to donate to Calvary Chapel Melbourne on behalf of Haiti relief, go to the link on our website.
Scripture Readers: Each week our children bless us by reading God’s Word at the opening of service. If your young ones are interested, please sign up at the Information Table and we will contact you. (Children already on the list need not sign up).
Donation Tax Receipts: If you would like a receipt for your 2009 giving, please fill out a request form located on the Information Table and place it in the Tithe Box. Your receipt will be mailed to you. Thank you for your faithful giving!

Prayer: Do you have a prayer request? Please email your requests to info@calvaryplacerville.com. Your need will be placed on our Prayer Chain and will be prayed for ernestly by our faithful pray-ers.
